Mike began his Coaching Career his first year after graduating college at Rutgers University, where he received an Athletic Scholarship to pitch for the Scarlet Knights.   In 1993, he was part of the Atlantic 10 Championship Team, which earned a bid to the NCAA Regionals in Tennessee.   He was a MLB prospect, scouted by Regional Director and Hall of Famer, Don Kohler.  In 1997, Coach Seel served as Freshman Head Coach and Asst. Varsity for the East Brunswick High School.    That year the EB Bears won the GMC Championship.   In 1999, Coach Seel was Asst. Varsity and JV Coach at Spotswood High School where he led the squad to a 13-3 record.   Coach Seel had two seasons with Wagner College 2003-04, Division I, where he served as Asst. Coach under Joe Litterrio,  former teammate and Head Coach for Rutgers Scarlet Knights.   He was responsible for the Pitching Staff, Strength & Conditioning, and Recruiting.   After several years of Private Lessons, Camps, and working for Academies, such as PPH, TNT, and Extra Innings, Coach Seel started Five Star Baseball Academy in 2013.   Currently in his 7th year.   He has obtained Certifications with the IFPA as a Baseball Conditioning Specialist and USA Baseball Sports Development.    Five Star Baseball is in it's sixth season running its D1 Velocity Program (Core), where players have consistently made gains in velocity and bat speed up to 10mph.    Five Star Baseball Tournament teams have won 5 Championships and have reached the Finals 14 times in their short tenure.
